Introduction


This Privacy Policy describes the practices of Campustronic - Unipessoal Lda with respect to information collected from Users who access our website at https://www.campustronic.pt or who otherwise share personal information with us (collectively: " Users "). 


Fundamentals for data collection 


The processing of your personal information (i.e. all information that could potentially allow you to be identified with reasonable means; hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Information") is necessary for the performance of our contractual obligations to you, as well as to provide our services, to protect our legitimate interests and to comply with legal and financial regulatory obligations to which we are subject.

What information do we collect?


We collect two types of data and information from Users. 

The first type of information is the non-identified and non-identifiable information concerning a User, which may be made available or collected through the use of the Site (“Non-Personal Information”). We are not aware of the identity of a User from whom Non-Personal Information was collected.Non-Personal Information being collected may include your aggregated usage information and technical information transmitted by your device, including certain software and hardware information (e.g., type of browser and operating system your device uses, language preference, access, etc.) in order to improve the functionality of our Site. We may also collect information about your on-site activity (e.g. pages viewed, online browsing, clicks, actions, etc).

  • Device Information: We collect personal information from your device. Such information includes geolocation data, IP address, unique identifiers (eg MAC address and UUID) and other information that pertains to your activity through the Site..
  • Information from the Information Request Form: When you complete the Information Request Form, you will be asked to provide us with certain data, such as: full name; email, phone and other information. 

 

How we may receive information about you?


We receive your Personal Information from a variety of sources: 

  • When you voluntarily provide us with your personal data by completing the Information Request Form on our Site; 
  • From external providers, services and public records (e.g. traffic analysis providers). 


User Rights


You can apply for: 

  • Receive confirmation that non-personal information about you is or is not being processed and access your stored personal information along with supplemental information.
  • Receive a copy of the personal information that you voluntarily and directly provided to us in a machine-readable, commonly used and structured format.
  • Request rectification of your personal information that is under our control.
  • Request the deletion of your personal information. 
  • Deny the processing of your personal information by us.
  • Request restriction on the processing of your personal information by us.
  • Making a complaint to a supervisory authority.


However, please note that these rights are not absolute and may be subject to our own legitimate interests and regulatory requirements..

We do not rent, sell or share User information with third parties.
